My Story...

Hi, I'm Marty, the Expert Leader Coach. I've been helping emerging and established leaders in Fortune 100 companies to become everyone's favourite leader and achieve step-change results.

Here's my "why."  

Ten years ago, I was a Chartered Mechanical Engineer that got promoted to leading a cross-functional team.  I never realised how difficult it would be to lead. I quickly found myself overwhelmed, over-worked and over-stressed.  Overall, I felt like a failure.

After 18 months, I hit rock bottom and made a decision and took action in the form of doing a deep-dive study of what makes great leaders.

Almost a decade later, I've helped over 1,000 leaders, from C-Suite right to the front line to accelerate their impact, create high-performing teams and generate step-change results.
